"Hotel is located near the bus stop which makes it easy to catch the bus from Shin-Fuji station if you arrive by Shinkansen. View of Mount Fuji from the hotel room was amazing! Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave the hotel. This is a good system to make sure you don’t lose your room keys when traveling outside. Free breakfast was included and it is common Japanese style breakfast buffet. Coin Laundry is great as there is also a dryer. "

"The hotel is close to train station. Very convenient. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are sufficient. Staff was very helpful as we checked in. They provided luggage storage for the day as we were out sightseeing."

"The hotel offers beautiful sunrise view of Fuji at the roof top. Food options are limited around the hotel though, just a pan cake cafe next door (closes at 6pm). If you arrive late and don't feel like venturing far for food, you can seek consolation from the hotel vending machine."
